SUMMARY:Harassment Prevention for Staff - Webinar
DESCRIPTION:Cost: $49 / seat or 3+ for $39 per seat. \n\nSenate Bill 1343 was signed into law by Governor Brown on September 30\, 2018\, requiring employers of five or more employees to provide at least one hour of sexual harassment training to all non-supervisory employees.\nOur program\, developed with employment law attorneys\, meets all state legislative requirements\, including AB 2053’s amendment covering abusive conduct/bullying\, and SB 396’s requirements related to Gender Identity\, Gender Expression\, and Sexual Orientation.\nOur certified HR professionals collectively have over 50 years of training and compliance experience and incorporate interactive harassment examples based on actual workplace situations\, and best practices for reducing formal complaints.\nPlease note\, this one-hour session is not designed to meet the requirements for supervisory employees. This is a staff-only workshop\, and meets requirements for non-supervisory staff.\nAttendees who log in more than five minutes late will not be eligible for a certificate of completion. Please sign in on time or reschedule with us in advance. We want to be certain you receive a certification for your participation.\nWebinar log-in information and handouts will be provided via e-mail to all registrants the afternoon before the event.  \nCertificates of completion are included and are generally provided within 2 – 3 weeks. \nCancellation Policy: No-shows and cancellations that occur less than 48 hours in advance will be billed.
