DESCRIPTION:Leadership Academy: Effective Interviewing\nCost: $69 per person / 3 or more signed up $59 per person\nTurnover is costly\, time-consuming\, and a downright hassle. With the cost of turnover estimated at 35 percent of an employee’s annual salary\, it’s important to hire right the first time. \nEmployers can alleviate this burden by adopting a structured hiring process focused on behavior-based interviewing. \nThis workshop provides hands-on practice for preparing and delivering interviews that draw out behavioral examples of past performance in order to predict future behavior\, rather than relying on a “gut feeling”. \nAttendees will be able to understand and avoid legal pitfalls associated with poor interviewing techniques. \nWebinar login details and handouts will be emailed to all registrants the afternoon before the event. Certificates of completion are typically issued within 2–3 weeks. \nCancellation Policy: Cancellations or no-shows made less than 48 hours before the webinar will be billed. Substitutions are allowed; please inform us of any participant changes before the event. \nOur programs come with optional HRCI pre-approved recertification credits for individuals holding professional certifications through HRCI that require continuing education for renewal.
