DESCRIPTION:Mentoring for Success – Webinar\nCost: $69 per person / 3 or more signed up $59 per person\nMentoring is a collaborative\, mutually beneficial partnership between a Mentor (who possesses greater skills\, knowledge\, and experience) … and a Protégé (who is looking to increase his or her skills\, knowledge\, and experience). \nStudies have shown that having a mentor is a top factor affecting an employee’s success\, career satisfaction\, and loyalty to the organization.  \nThis workshop will teach participants:  \n\nThe difference between mentoring and coaching\nReasons to participate in mentoring\nThe benefits to an organization offering mentorship\nThe roles of the mentor and the mentee\nThe 7 stages of mentoring\nThe importance of establishing mentoring goals\nChallenges and solutions related to mentoring\nMentor best practices\nTips for giving feedback\n\nWebinar login details and handouts will be emailed to all registrants the afternoon before the event. Certificates of completion are typically issued within 2–3 weeks. \nCancellation Policy: Cancellations or no-shows made less than 48 hours before the webinar will be billed. Substitutions are allowed; please inform us of any participant changes before the event. \nOur programs come with optional HRCI pre-approved recertification credits for individuals holding professional certifications through HRCI that require continuing education for renewal.
