This 3-hour webinar will help managers understand how to use coaching and feedback to benefit both the company and its employees.  \nWe will discuss: \n• How to set employees up for success with clear expectations and a coaching mindset. \n• How to frame performance feedback as an opportunity to boost employee success. \n• How to discuss performance concerns with both courage and consideration. \n• How to deliver detailed\, effective written warnings. \n• How to address tricky issues such as gossip\, negativity\, and lack of motivation. \n• How performance management helps to minimize legal risk and promote employee morale. \nWebinar login details and handouts will be emailed to all registrants the afternoon before the event. Certificates of completion are typically issued within 2–3 weeks. \nCancellation Policy: Cancellations or no-shows made less than 48 hours before the webinar will be billed. Substitutions are allowed; please inform us of any participant changes before the event. \nOur programs come with optional HRCI pre-approved recertification credits for individuals holding professional certifications through HRCI that require continuing education for renewal.
