DESCRIPTION:Many employers require employees to sign arbitration agreements as a condition of employment. Plaintiffs often attack those agreements because juries often rule in the employees’ favor. On Groundhog Day\, the California Supreme Court issued a ruling on the validity of an employment arbitration agreement that has some good and bad news for employers.
