This workshop will help participants:

     * Identify barriers to effective communication

     * Determine communication style tendencies and how to adapt

     * Determine who needs to know? R.A.C.I. – Who’s Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed

     * Understand how presumptions, assumptions, and unspoken messages impact communication

     * Recognize common email errors

     *Learn to ‘diagnose before prescribing’

     * Understand the five levels of listening, and how autobiographical responses interfere with effective listening

     * Learn how to conduct effective meetings

     * Understand the impact of emotional bank accounts
