This seminar will provide you with information that can help alleviate the stress of managing employee leaves. Join us at our next Legal Beagle Bagel Breakfast on, Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. to expand your knowledge on leaves of absence.
This interactive workshop will help participants understand:
  • Recognize reasons that may qualify an employee for leave.
  • Determine whether your company is covered and the employee is eligible.
  • Which types of leaves must be paid?
  • Can you require the use of vacation and sick time?
  • What kinds of documentation can you require?
  • Can you still address performance problems?
  • When can you refuse reinstatement?
