Whether addressing performance concerns\, giving feedback\, or navigating sensitive issues\, these moments can quickly trigger defensiveness\, miscommunication\, and potential employee relations risks if not handled effectively.  \nThis training workshop provides practical tools to help managers approach sensitive discussions with confidence and professionalism. Participants will learn how to communicate with positive intent\, deliver clear and objective feedback\, reduce defensiveness\, and guide conversations toward productive solutions—all while reinforcing strong documentation practices and supporting a respectful workplace culture. \nWebinar login details and handouts will be emailed to all registrants the afternoon before the event. Certificates of completion are typically issued within 2–3 weeks. \n \nCancellation Policy: Cancellations or no-shows made less than 48 hours before the webinar will be billed. Substitutions are allowed; please inform us of any participant changes before the event. \nOur programs come with optional HRCI pre-approved recertification credits for individuals holding professional certifications through HRCI that require continuing education for renewal.
