In California, where laws are very protective of employees, we often speak of what an employer can’t do.  Recently, one of our clients asked us, “What can we do?”  We thought it was such a good question, that we are focusing this month’s training on answering that question and discussing those things that employers can do in the workplace.  Often by modifying your actions you can achieve your objective in a legal way.
