Applicant Screening

  • Pre-screen applications and resumes.
  • Conduct multiple levels of interviews to identify the strongest candidates.
  • Draft job-related, behavior-based interview questions to ensure effectiveness and compliance with the law.
  • Present top vetted candidates as finalist(s) for further consideration.
  • Coordinate onsite / in-person interviews with finalists.
  • Administer skill-based testing as appropriate.

Job Offer and Final Vetting

  • Assist employer in drafting letter of engagement/job offer.
  • Conduct background investigations based on job requirements and/or safety/risk factors.
  • Provide a copy of investigation results to candidate(s) to ensure full legal compliance with FCRA.

New Employee Orientation

  • Draft orientation checklist to ensure policies and culture are clearly communicated.
  • Prepare new hire kits with required forms, brochures, and company-related materials to ensure new hires have a strong start.
  • Provide Employee Handbooks and At-Will Agreements.
