🌟 We invite business owners, managers, attorneys, and human resource professionals to attend this workshop to learn how to prepare for and draft effective performance evaluations, how to manage the evaluation session, and how to create an atmosphere that encourages an open discussion which results in employee development, and goal achievement. 🌟

This interactive workshop will teach participants:

  • The importance of creating a “Coaching Environment” year-’round
  • To explain how a performance review discussion can be used to increase individual productivity, motivation, and learning
  • To prepare for a collaborative and development-oriented performance review
  • To identify two to three core points for the employee to remember after the discussion
  • How to set up a focused discussion by opening the review with the purpose, desired outcomes, and agenda
  • To ensure a focus on future action and employee development is incorporated in the process, rather than simply a “report card” on the past
  • How to use the Key Actions for conducting a collaborative performance review
  • How to create documentation that protects the company and supervisor from liability
  • Practice new skills
