Employers can alleviate this burden by adopting a structured hiring process focused on behavior-based interviewing.

This workshop provides hands-on practice for preparing and delivering interviews that draw out behavioral examples of past performance in order to predict future behavior, rather than relying on a “gut feeling”.

Attendees will be able to understand and avoid legal pitfalls associated with poor interviewing techniques.
