Leadership Academy: Valuing Diversity
It has been said that diversity and inclusion is the ‘American Dilemma”. Social justice issues are currently top of mind, energizing discussions in our workplaces, communities, and in our country. This Diversity Awareness program is designed to explore diversity as it impacts employment decisions, working relationships and productivity.
In this interactive 3-hour program, participants are provided with an opportunity to explore their own values and assumptions. With this approach toward increased awareness, we will discover how subliminal perceptions and judgement of others affect our behavior, productivity and ultimately our success in business.
