These HR basics are often low on the priority list (perhaps developed at the gentle nudging of your friendly HR Consultant?) and left to collect dust in a binder on your office shelf…but they are so much more than simply boxes to check on your HR to-do list! These documents and programs should serve as the strong foundation upon which those more fun HR initiatives can stand.
Join us for a 6-part training series to explore how key HR Building Blocks can:

Time: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Cost: $35 per participant. Participants who sign up for the entire six-part series will receive a discounted rate of $30 per workshop.
Detailed written safety programs are required by Cal/OSHA and must be available in the event of an inspection. These plans also provide valuable action steps for handling employee accidents or injuries, and can support a more calm, confident response in the event of an emergency.
Webinar log-in information and handouts will be provided via e-mail to all registrants the afternoon before the event.
Certificates of completion are included and are generally provided within 2 – 3 weeks.
Cancellation Policy: No-shows and cancellations that occur less than 48 hours in advance will be billed. Substitutions will be accepted. Please let us know about changes in staffing before the webinar.
