Outside of his HR functions, Andres is an adjunct lecturer and has taught courses at both of his alma maters, Madera Community College and Fresno State, as well as Modesto Junior College and Fresno City College.

Ms. Padilla-Gossett is a certified Associate Professional in Human Resources and holds a certificate in Creativity and Innovation from HRCI. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership at National University, where she has earned a place on the Dean’s List for outstanding academic performance.
Kayla plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of Sierra HR’s office and supporting the goals of our Executive Director. She also oversees various HR projects and enjoys using her creative problem-solving skills.
With over a decade of experience in professional office environments, Kayla excels in administrative functions. Outside of work, she loves reading and is a dedicated supporter of public libraries. You can often find her reading both a horror/suspense novel and a modern leadership book at the same time. Kayla is also passionate about lifelong learning, spending time outdoors, and going on road trips with her husband and son.
