    Unlimited Telephone Support

    The company’s designated representative has unlimited telephone access to our consultants from 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday. We encourage you to take advantage of this benefit and contact our HR consultants as needed.

    If your question extends beyond a telephone consultation into project work (i.e. a harassment investigation or updating a policy) the HR consultant will complete any additional work at a reduced hourly fee.

    Legal Beagle Webinars

    In partnership with Fishman Larsen & Callister, Sierra HR Partners offers periodic “Legal Beagle” webinars to our clients. These sessions provide an ideal forum for discussion and questions among business owners, human resource professionals, our HR consultants, and in‑house employment law attorneys.     Sierra HR Partners also provides monthly “Lunch & Learn” webinars to our clients via Zoom. These one‑hour sessions are designed to be brief yet impactful, offering practical insights that support your business and enhance HR professionals’ knowledge. As part of the HR Business Partner (HRBP) membership, you receive one complimentary seat at each monthly webinar, with additional seats available at a reduced rate for HRBPs.

    HRBP members also have the option to earn free, pre‑approved HRCI recertification credits for these sessions. We schedule our webinar topics in advance in three‑month blocks to ensure we deliver timely, relevant training aligned with current industry needs.

    Terms

    The term of the Business Partner Service Agreement is one-year from date of signing.

    Fees quoted are based on one designated company representative, and the total number of employees within the organization, with a minimum monthly fee of $100 per month. Please request an HR Business Partner Package for complete terms and provisions.
