In this webinar we will discuss sources of stress and how we can utilize enactive, proactive, and reactive strategies to improve our response to stress.
These strategies include effective and efficient time management, improving interpersonal interactions and relationships, building up individual resilience, and coping mechanisms.
We will also discuss an approach to work/life balance, including tangible tips to more effectively use our time and questions to help participants consider what is really important to them.
