Alyson O’Bosky

Front Desk Administrative Assistant

Alyson O’Bosky earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Before joining Sierra HR Partners, she worked as a Human Resources Administrator at a nonprofit organization in Santa Barbara.
Ms. O’Bosky supports the Sierra HR Partners team by ensuring smooth front office operations and providing excellent client service.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, cooking, and binging her favorite TV series.

Kayla Padilla-Gossett, aPHR

Administrative Director

Ms. Gossett is a certified Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from National University, from which she is a Summa Cum Laude graduate.
Kayla plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of Sierra HR’s office and supporting the goals of our Executive Director. She also oversees various HR projects and enjoys using her creative problem-solving skills. With over a decade of experience in professional office environments, Kayla excels in administrative functions.
Outside of work, she loves reading and is a dedicated supporter of public libraries. Kayla is also passionate about lifelong learning, spending time outdoors, and going on road trips with her husband and son.

Lauren Flores

Human Resources Marketing Specialist

Comes with over ten years of corporate event planning and marketing experience.
Has extensive experience in retail and customer service.
Finds joy in her husband and three children.

Daina Garcia

Human Resources Associate, Backgrounds and Recruiting

Attended California State University of Fresno, where she earned a bachelor’s degree of Science in Sociology.
Before joining Sierra HR Partners, she worked in Human Resources, in a recruiting role at a local nonprofit organization.
Ms. Garcia provides recruitment and background investigation support to Sierra HR Partners.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and cooking new recipes, as well as going for walks.

Henry Jimenez, PHRca, SHRM-CP

Human Resources Generalist

Is a Certified Professional in Human Resources with a concentration in California regulations (PHRca) and with the Society of Human Resources (SHRM-CP).
Is a graduate of California State University, Fresno having earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management.
Provides support to our Senior Consultants, as well as working in Recruiting, and Background Investigations. Outside of work, he likes to spend his time exploring with his family whether it be locally or out of town.

Andres I. Magos, PHR

Senior Human Resources Generalist, Lead Recruiter

Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
Andres attended California State University, Fresno for both his undergrad and graduate degrees with a focus on Organizational Communication.
Prior to joining Sierra HR Partners, Andres supported corporate communications, human resources administration, and recruiting in the healthcare and non-profit fields.
Outside of his HR functions, Andres is an adjunct lecturer and has taught courses at both of his alma maters, Madera Community College and Fresno State, as well as Modesto Junior College and Fresno City College.

Nancy Vang, PHRca

Senior Human Resources Specialist, Lead Background Investigator

Certified Professional in Human Resources with a concentration in California regulations and legal mandates (PHR-CA).
Conducts background investigations, including criminal history, employment and educational verifications.
Graduated from California State University, Fresno.
Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management and a certificate in Cross-Cultural Competency.

Janet Keene, SPHR

Senior Human Resources Consultant

Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
14 years experience in Human Resource field
Has hands-on experience in recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, and benefits
Has experience in ensuring Human Resource effectiveness during periods of significant organizational change
Graduated from California State University, Fresno
Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in the Legal Environment of Business
Enjoys writing, travel, and spending time with her husband and their two sons

Dan Larsen, PHR

Worked as an HR Generalist for an aerospace manufacturing company in Seattle, Washington.
Graduated from Brigham Young University.
Holds a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior.
Enjoys spending time with his wife and their three kids.

Brenda G. Budke, SPHR

Executive Director

Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) with over 25 years experience in the human resource field.
Prior to joining Sierra HR Partners, Brenda served as Human Resources Manager for a multi-state communications company, overseeing employment, employee relations and training.
Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of San Francisco.
Is an executive coach with specialized training certifications in: Covey’s 7-Habits of Highly Effective People; Franklin Covey’s “What Matters Most” time management; all Frontline leadership development modules of Achieve Global; DiSC Assessments, and the NAA’s Diversity Awareness program.
